Camp sites allow fires east sussex
There's heaps of flora and fauna to keep you bewitched, not to mention the encouragement of big woodland campfires!
Magical, pagan woodland camping and glamping at its finest.
That said I'd happily deal with this then an overly rules driven campsite and the people running the place did create a lovely atmosphere, were easy to find and helpful.
We stayed here with our two young children in the winter on the double decker bus.
Would most definitely recommend to anyone, although would also love to keep it as my little secret.
Blackberry Wood's pitches are set in "glades" or clearings in the brambles are lovely as you can eat and camp and relax with nobody looking on. It is quite back to basics even in the non-wild side camping - walking to the toilets in the dark through the cleared pathways is a bit I a challenge thought I do think we came just after a g There was also a bit of rubbish in the bushes near our fire- but more the fault I previous campers.
